Autumn is a powerful time of change and renewal. Sandra and Julia invite you to join them for a weekend retreat of dynamic and restorative yoga, delicious healthy food and time out to explore the Transformational Power of Yoga.

Enliven and nurture yourself with the sights, sounds, tastes, fragrance and rhythm of nature at Hepburn Retreat Centre in the beautiful surrounds of Hepburn Springs.

Accommodation & Meals

Enjoy the great spaces, with an open veranda and beautiful garden areas to spend your free time in. Delicious vegan meals are included in the retreat cost and the in-house chef can cater for special dietary requirements.

If you enjoy walking the venue is directly opposite Wombat National Park and is in close vicinity to many of Hepburn Springs pampering massage centres – you will have free time in between classes and meals to explore.

You need to bring your own linen.

Retreat / Workshop Costs

  • The cost of the retreat is $340 per person (twin share) or $395 (single room).

Inclusive in the cost is: - 2 nights accommodation - All meals (from Friday evening to Sunday lunch) – 6 yoga classes (a combination of restorative and energetic practices)

To secure your place on this retreat, please complete the attached registration form and return it with a $100 (non-refundable) deposit, to the email on the bottom of the registration form. The balance is payable two weeks prior to the retreat. Please advise of any dietary requirements at the time of booking.

About the Facilitator

Sandra Groves is a Melbourne based yoga teacher who helps students discover their full potential through the practice of yoga. She integrates the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of yoga to create a healing and transformative yoga experience. Sandra's approach to teaching is informed both by formal yoga teaching qualifications and 15 years of her own practice. Julia Jones has been practicing yoga for 20 years. Through continuous exploration of the many styles and branches of yoga she incorporates the best of these into her teaching. Julia teaches at gyms, corporate and community centres around Melbourne and holds an Advanced Diploma of Teacher Training with the Yoga Institute of Australia and is a member of Yoga Teachers Assoc Aust.
